Airfix 1/72 Whirlwind - pilot and cockpit finished

Now the 109s are done, I'm back to the Whirlwind.

The pilot got finished up, paint, a Klear and water colour wash, dry brush, cables and straps added.

 

Then he was permanently added to the seat and cockpit added to the fuselage.

Just need to add a section of brass tube as a mount socket, and then the fuselage can be joined together.

More fill'n sand ahead..
